Primary producers refine steel from iron ore with controlled secondary metallurgy, giving fewer inclusions — the hidden starting points of cracks in cold heading.
02Chemistry you can rely on
Every heat comes with a mill test certificate. Tight chemistry means the anneal and the draw give the same result every time.
03Surface and size
Modern rod mills roll to consistent diameter with a sound surface, which our pickling and drawing can then perfect.
04Traceability
The heat number follows the rod into our plant and onto your coil tag. If a question comes up, it can be traced to the melt.
