What we do
Mill scale removed and a phosphate carrier added before every draw.
Electrical bell furnaces; about 15 hours per charge, tuned by grade.
IVD machine, carbide dies, 4 to 19 mm with a bright finish.
Only JSW, Tata, JSPL, Neco Jaiswal and Bhushan wire rod.
Every stage in our own works. No outsourced step in between.
Near Waluj — a short run to the forging and fastener units we serve.
Inside the steel
Annealing is invisible in the finished coil — but it decides whether your part forms cleanly or cracks. Drag the slider.
Structure
Lamellar pearlite
As rolled, carbon sits in thin plates of iron carbide. Plates act like tiny blades — under cold heading, cracks start at their edges.

Where it goes
01
Wire is cut to slugs and forged at room temperature into bolts, studs, pins and ball joints. Needs a soft, spheroidised structure and a flawless surface.
02
Coiled and heat-treated into suspension springs and rods. Needs consistent chemistry so every spring reaches the same rate.
03
Many wires are stranded together into rope for lifting and construction. Needs uniform size and strength wire to wire.

Raw material
We draw only from wire rod made by India’s primary steel producers — traceable by heat number from mill to coil.
JSW Steel
Integrated steel producer; wire rod from its long-products mills.
Tata Steel
One of India’s oldest integrated producers; wide wire rod grade range.
Jindal Steel & Power
Integrated producer with long-product and wire rod capacity.
Neco Jaiswal
Special and alloy steel long products.
Bhushan Power & Steel
Integrated producer of long and flat products.
The works
Raw material in at one end, pickling in its own building, annealing and drawing under a single production shed.
